APA History The American Pontiac Association was founded in late 1979 by Kirk Robinson, Mike Anawaty, and Ken Moreno of Houston. Originally known as the South Texas Pontiac Club, its function is to cater to Pontiac enthusiasts and aid in the restoration,preservation, and appreciation of Pontiac automobiles. |

Member FormThe American Pontiac Association is no profit and family oriented. APA club activities include monthly meetings, monthly "cruise" nights, joint participation in activities of other clubs.
About UsOne of the American Pontiac Associations main activities is the annual open car show held on Pier 21 in Galveston, Texas.
