A few years ago, and I mean a few.. like ten years ago! Dan Gallo had told me of a place in Houston where I could get my starter re-wound. I do not see anyway to send him a message through the forums. I do like the new format, and colors! If ytou could pass this onto him I would appreciate it. I converted my ’54 to 12 volts, and the starter is due a rebuild anyway.
Hello,
I am Deputy Bryan Hayes. I am president of the Matagorda County Sheriff’s Association. We are having our 2nd annual Cops & Rodders Car Truck & Motorcycle Show at the Matagorda County Fairgrounds on 12 April 2014 from 10 am to 4 pm. Being that this is only our second we are small and growing but we need some serious help. We need judges, corporate sponsors and of course show cars. The Matagorda County Sheriff’s association is a non-profit organization of the Sheriff’s Office employees that raise money to fund events such as school supply motorcycle fund run, secret santa and other community assistance programs. I am also attaching our flier for this year. Please call with any questions or comments at 979-215-0319 or email bryan.firemedic724@yahoo.com. Please pass this info to anyone who may be interested.
Bill,Please refer to the “Weather” blog comments on the front page of this website. As of now the weather forecast is for 30% chance of showers BUT this goes up to 30% around 3PM in the afternoon. “THE SHOW IS ON”.Hope to see everyone there.
I sent an application in to join APA on March 3rd with a check for $20 (application fee). As of this writing I have not received any membership materials. I sent a picture of my car as well, 1997 Pontiac Firebird Formula. Does it take this long to process an application? Just askin, thanks

Is your car show in Galveston going to take place considering the forecast of rain?
